How to schedule a message in Gmail?
Gmail allows you to schedule the sending of 1 or 1,000 messages. This type of email can be sent a few minutes before the scheduled time, and it will always be based on the time zone in which you schedule it. To do so, follow these steps:

- Sign in to Gmail from a PC.
- At the top left, click Compose.
- Create your email.
- In the bottom left, next to ‘Send’, click on the down arrow icon.
- Click Schedule Shipping.
- Choose the date and time for the message you want to schedule.
- Click the ‘Schedule Shipment’ button to finish.
- From an Android or iOS phone.
Open Gmail on your Android phone or iPhone
- At the bottom right, tap the Compose icon to create your message.
- Write your email.
- Click on the three dots icon at the top to display the menu.
- Tap on the ‘Schedule delivery’ option.
- Select the date and time you want to schedule the message.
- Click the ‘Schedule Shipment’ button.
