The technological giant could take unprecedented actions for this 2022. Like every year, Apple announces its new devices at the annual conference in September. Last year, the company launched the new range of iPhones 13, 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max, which were characterized by carrying the powerful A15 Bionic chip, respectively; However, everything would indicate that for this new installment, the American company will stop producing its new version of the processor and will use the one from last year in its next iPhones 14.
This information comes from the Ming Chi Kuoa specialist in Apple topics that offers accurate information to the community about the company’s future releases and since 2011 has been making predictions of all kinds regarding Apple.
As published on its official Twitter account, the new iPhone 14 and 14 Max models will continue to carry the A15 Bionic chip, while the 14 Pro and 14 Pro M would release a new A16 Bionic.

“Only two Pro models would be upgraded to the A16 processor, while the 14 and 14 Max will remain the A15. All four new models are likely to come with 6GB of RAM, with the difference of LPDDR 5 (14 Pro and 14 Pro Max) vs. LPDDR 4X (14 and 14 Max),” reads Ming Chi Kuo’s Twitter.
Finally, another of the leaks that could happen this year is that Apple will eliminate the Mini model, leaving only the base, Max and Pro/Pro Max. Apparently, the Max are variants with larger screens and the Pro more powerful models.
