Today, Tuesday, March 15, credit and debit cards from different banks became compatible with Wallet, the native iOS application that allows you to store card data.
Thus, in the midst of this great news, some uncertainty has arisen on the part of Internet users, who wonder where they could use Apple Pay. That is why in this note we will explain in which services you can find this new modality.
First of all, it is important to mention that currently, Apple Pay is already compatible with certain banks such as Interbank, Scotiabank, BBVA and BCP. Likewise, this integrated service can only be used for people who have iPhones (iPhone 6 onwards), iPads, or Apple Watches.

It should be noted that this possibility has come to Peru thanks to the alliance between Apple and Niubiz, the latter being a company that seeks to boost national business through its POS devices that use Near field Communication (NFC) technology, which will allow users bring their phone close to the device to make the payment without any contact and without any physical card.
These POS devices are found in various local business establishments and are yellow in color. According to the official Niubiz portal, any of its devices have NFC compatibility.
